Our opinion on RAC travel insurance

RAC was founded in 1987 making it one of the most experienced companies in the insurance industry.

Aside from Travel Insurance across 3 levels: Orange, Silver and Gold, they also offer Car Insurance as well as Breakdown Cover. Car Insurance customers are eligible for discounts on the Travel Insurance Policies offered by RAC.
Due to the high customer satisfaction rate on Trust Pilot and the 5 star rating on Defaqto, we would recommend RAC for anyone looking for generously discounted travel insurance premiums.

We would mainly recommend the Silver and Black levels of cover due to their 5 star rating on Defaqto.
