There are different ways to make a claim on your golf insurance at The Golfers Club.
For any policy purchased or renewed from 01/01/2016, you can either:

How to cancel my golf insurance at The Golfers Club?

You are free to cancel at anytime your golf insurance at the golfers club.
You always have a 14 days period after purchase to cancel your insurance plan. You will be entitled to a full refund of your insurance premium providing you didn't make any claim within that period. Cancelling within this 14 days cooling-off period is free of charge.
If you wish to cancel after this 14 days period, you will be entitled to get a refund but you will have to pay an administration fee as stated in your policy schedule. You will also only be reimbursed up to £30 as long as your premium minus your admin fee is above £10.
