You can arrange a claim form to be sent at your address by calling the number 0800 237 777 (Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 1pm).

Does it exist a Bupa Dental Insurance international claim form?

Bupa Insurance is a company that has roots in Australia, in the UK, and in many more countries! One may therefore wonder if there exists an international unified claiming process, and if the Bupa Dental claim form is international.
