How to cancel your Geoffrey pet insurance?
You can cancel your policy at Geoffrey by phone or by sending your cancellation letter to the address below.
You will be charged £30 for cancelling your policy outside the cooling off period of 14 days after your renewal date. You will not have to pay for cancellation fees if your pet is dead, reported lost or stolen.
For any adjustment to your policy, you will have to pay £10.
