Their travel insurance policies are available across 3 levels of cover: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Aside from Singel and Annual Multi Trip Policies, they also offer Backpacker Travel Insurance along with a wide range of optional additional covers such as winter sports, business travel insurance, golf, etc.
They have a low customer satisfaction rate on TrustPilot, however, the rate is based off of 19 opinions which may not be enough to decide on whether they're good enough or not.
