The company offers Single and Annual Multi Trip Policies across 4 levels of cover: Bronze, Silver Gold and Platinum. They also offer Backpacker Travel Insurance across 3 levels of cover: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The maximum duration the Single Trip Policy is 90 days and that of the Annual Multi Trip Policy ranges across the levels of cover with the Bronze covering 31 days, Silver 45 days and the Gold and Platinum levels covering 90 days. The limits offered are also above average with the medical emergency cover being unlimited and the cancellation cover limit being as high as £7,500.

In addition to the main insurance policies, they also offer optional covers such as Winter Sports, Cruise Cover, Gadget Cover, Natural Disaster Cover, Golf Cover, Car Hire Excess Waiver and Hazardous activities cover.
